He has supervised engineers and technicians responsible for first level support of all RADAR, communication, and data systems being utilized in the FAA Air Traffic Control system. He was resonsible for the evaluation of systems and personnel providing services to the FAA's Enroute Air Traffic Control Center. As a Systems Engineer, he developed and tested the Voice Switching and Communication System (VSCS).
